None. They both sound the same.
None. We use the fire alarm to warn of a Chlorine gas release.
They are audibly different. For example, the Fire alert is a bell sound; the Chlorine gas alarm is a warbler or klaxon.

The Chlorine gas alert MUST be audibly different to the Fire alarm! The Chlorine alarm tells people to GO INSIDE. The Fire alarm tells people to GET OUT of the building!
